Chandigarh News : ਭਲਕੇ 14 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦਿਨ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ।ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
