Punjab News : ਅੱਜ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਤੋਂ MP ਡਾ. ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰੇਲ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ-ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ/ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਰੇਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ’ਚ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਰੇਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ MP ਡਾ. ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰੇਲ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਵੈਸ਼ਨਵ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਸੌਪਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਰੇਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹਨ।
