ਮੁੰਬਈ: ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਜਨਜੀਵਨ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸੀਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਟੋਏ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਦਰ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਬਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਇੰਤਜਾਮ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
