A farmer assaulted for allegedly stealing 'canal water' at Lambi-Kutapa-chor

A farmer assaulted for allegedly stealing 'canal water' at Lambi-Kutapa-chor. Farmer was abducted from his home, on the gun point and beaten by villagers. Farmer was stealing canal water since long time. It is also went to know that Nahar Singh (farmer) S/o Gujjar Singh planted the water pipes for stealing the canal water. When he caught Red-Handed by villagers they punished him by beating on abandon place.
And the other side villagers blaming on Canal Department to not accomplish their responsibilities. Canal water department not took any valid step to stop villagers for stealing water.
Police of village Raniwala registered FIR but not any criminal get caught yet. Police is still chase on the criminals.
